All aboard the Jolly Trolley!

Enjoy your Bayou Safari Tour with a festive twist. Begin your tour observing wildlife from the elevated boardwalk, visit our animal ambassadors in our Environmental Learning Center. From there you will board our electric vehicle decked for the Holidays, and leisurely explore the riparian forest down to the bayou, over to the prairie, farmhouse, and finally to the bison. Then you’ll move indoors to enjoy a warm beverage and decorate cookies.

Teachers can earn 2 SBEC hours for participating in this activity. Please indicate when booking that you would like to receive SBEC hours.

Know before you go

  • The maximum capacity for each tour is 16 people

  • We recommend that you bring water and insect repellent

  • We recommend that you wear long pants for the safari tour

  • Closed toe shoes are required. Participants without proper footwear will not be able to participate.

  • These tours are for ages 5 and up

  • Accommodations available for those with mobility issues

  • Reservations are required
